For many professionals, coercive control is still a new concept. Yet all caregivers should be familiar with it, in order to be aware of and understand domestic violence. This article, based on the experience of a nursery nurse, looks at the ways in which such violence can be identified, particularly during maternal and child protection missions.

Combating domestic violence involves mobilizing a myriad of players throughout the victim\'s life cycle, including children: health professionals, social workers, law enforcement officers, judges, associations, etc. The mechanisms behind this kind of violence are complex, and every professional needs to have a good understanding of them to be able to identify and provide support. To be more effective, the fight against domestic violence must continue to be thought through. For example, the Observatoire des Violences Intrafamiliales of the Conseil Départemental de l\'Allier organized an awareness-raising day on a new concept - coercive control - which is set to make its entry into the Penal Code, and which could change everything.

The phenomenon of early motherhood, although marginal, is slightly higher in Le Havre than the national average. This observation, combined with a worrying socio-economic context, prompted a reflection on the need for specific support for these pregnancies: it led to the creation of a coordination system for early parenthood, piloted by Le Havre\'s Centre communal d\'action sociale (CCAS). This work underlines the importance of internship supervision and offers recommendations for an individualized approach, while maintaining a balance between academic rigor and human qualities.

No professional, no team can be a caregiver if they themselves are not well supported, well \"cared for\", i.e. if they are not well looked after. Professional support is therefore not a luxury, but a sine qua non of quality care and psychological care. After a few reminders about practice analysis and supervision, the impact of the baby\'s functioning on that of professionals (an impact to be taken into account in terms of their support) is considered, before tackling the concept of intransitive demand, which is also to be considered in the work of supervision.

Peer support plays an essential role in patient recovery by encouraging a supportive approach based on experiential knowledge. It helps to create individualised care centred on life projects and individual strengths. Within the teams, the knowledge of the peer health mediator and the carers is shared. This approach helps to improve care by drawing on the depth of people\'s experiences and feelings, and their resilience in the face of illness.

The use of technical aids has a positive impact on the autonomy and quality of life of elderly or disabled people, and is also beneficial for the caregivers and professionals who support them. Nevertheless, there are still major obstacles to their use, notably a general lack of information on technical aids. This observation led us to produce a set of information tools to help people better understand these aids and how to use them.

Against a backdrop of deteriorating access to healthcare, 95 % of French people see pharmacists as \"easy-to-reach\" healthcare professionals. As part of this drive to simplify the care process, they are being entrusted with new missions, broadening the scope of patient care. Indeed, those close to the patient often don\'t think about seeking help, or don\'t know where to turn for support. This article looks at the situation of Mr. N., his journey and the questions raised by the new role he has taken on, and describes the work of the mobile caregiver support team. Through its consultations, this team aims to promote caregiver health through prevention.
