Professional support is therefore not a luxury, but a sine qua non of quality care and psychological care. After a few reminders about practice analysis and supervision, the impact of the baby's functioning on that of professionals (an impact to be taken into account in terms of their support) is considered, before tackling the concept of intransitive demand, which is also to be considered in the work of supervision.
