    Robotic Mobile Fulfillment Systems (RMFSs) face challenges in handling large-scale orders and navigating complex environments, frequently encountering a series of intricate decision-making problems, such as order allocation, shelf selection, and robot scheduling. To address these challenges, this paper integrates Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) technology into an RMFS, to meet the needs of efficient order processing and system stability. This study focuses on three key stages of RMFSs: order allocation and sorting, shelf selection, and coordinated robot scheduling. For each stage, mathematical models are established and the corresponding solutions are proposed. Unlike traditional methods, DRL technology is introduced to solve these problems, utilizing a Genetic Algorithm and Ant Colony Optimization to handle decision making related to large-scale orders. Through simulation experiments, performance indicators-such as shelf access frequency and the total processing time of the RMFS-are evaluated. The experimental results demonstrate that, compared to traditional methods, our algorithms excel in handling large-scale orders, showcasing exceptional superiority, capable of completing approximately 110 tasks within an hour. Future research should focus on integrated decision-making modeling for each stage of RMFSs and designing efficient heuristic algorithms for large-scale problems, to further enhance system performance and efficiency.

    In the context of sustainable development, market competition is intensifying, and financial constraints have emerged as a significant hindrance to green project investment. Green Supply Chain Finance (GSCF), characterized by long-term collaboration, has emerged as a crucial financial approach to mitigate corporate financial limitations and channel capital flows into environmentally friendly industries. We propose a two-echelon supply chain with one supplier and two competing retailers over a single period and investigate ordering, sales, and financing decisions simultaneously under competition. Retailers constrained by financial considerations may secure GSCF or traditional bank financing (BF) loans. This study investigates the influence of competition on pricing and sales strategies during the selling season. The results demonstrate that retailers select between clearance and responsive selling strategies based on the level of market competition. During the ordering season, retailers share the product market equally when interest rates are uniform, and the supplier formulates a supply chain contract while considering the financing interest rate. In the presence of differential interest rates, retailers may not always opt for the GSCF, even when they offer an interest rate advantage, due to the comprehensive impacts of operational and financial strategies. Remarkably, competitive retailers do not choose the GSCF when their initial green investment capital surpasses a certain threshold.

    In the context of regular epidemic prevention and control, this paper considers a two-stage tourism supply chain consisting of a scenic spot that attracts tourists through advertising and a travel agency that invests in service improvement and epidemic prevention. By establishing theoretical game models of a tourism supply chain, we investigate how the service level and advertising level can affect the retail price, product service level, and profits of the supply chain. The results show that the service level of travel agencies could improve consumers\' preferences, expand the market demand for tourism products, and improve the efficiency of the supply chain to achieve a win-win situation and increase the profits of the scenic spot and the travel agency. The retailer price, service level, promotion level, and supply chain profit all increase as the service coefficient and advertising coefficient increase, and the speed of the increase is higher for the centralized model than for other models. Some valuable information could be provided for supply chain enterprises to develop collaborative strategies and promote tourism supply chain management practices.

    This study addresses critical gaps in supply chain management (SCM) by integrating emission-risk minimization (ERM), green purchasing (GP), and profit maximization (PM). The research focuses on the optimal behaviors of manufacturers, agents, and retailers within the SCM framework to achieve carbon neutrality and reduce carbon dioxide emissions (CO2e). This study considers Guangdong province, China, a region facing challenges in optimizing energy systems and meeting CO2e reduction targets. Simulation-based optimization techniques within mathematical models are employed. A design of experiment (DOE) method was used to explore the dynamics of key variables in the SCM environment. Results reveal optimal behaviors for manufacturers, agents, and retailers, demonstrating the ideal values for profit and pricing decisions. Manufacturers optimize production quantity, achieving CO2e reduction and PM through ERM. Agents exhibit a strong commitment to GP practices, enhancing PM and carbon-neutral goals. Retailers get more PM than manufacturers and agents, contributing to a clean environment. Interestingly, retailers make contributions to the clean environment without considering ERM and GP in SCM. The study contributes novel insights by addressing the identified gap in SCM research, emphasizing the joint consideration of ERM, GP, and PM. This research assists manufacturers, agents, and retailers in terms of PM for economic objectives. It cleans the environment through carbon-neutral SCM in society.

    Much research demonstrates the positive effects of financial inclusion and digital finance on expansion. Supply chains that can be relied upon are essential to national productivity and economic development. This study uses panel data from 2007 to 2022 covering 27 provinces in China to study the results of widespread access to digital financial services and supply chain management on regional economic growth using the instrumental variable approach (fixed effect model). In contrast to earlier research, this study employs an alternative measure of access to digital financial services utilization and digitalization. The data demonstrates that digital financial inclusion and supply chain management have a major impact on the development of the provincial economies in China. Based on the results of this research, we suggest increasing digital financial inclusion and bolstering human capital development to stimulate economic expansion. This essay makes a theoretical advancement in studying digital technology\'s widespread adoption of financial services by providing a comprehensive critical review and a fresh angle on the nuts and bolts of digital money and universal banking. Boosting institutional quality and governance are two more paths that authorities can take to stimulate economic expansion in the China area, and the results show how important these measures are for achieving this goal.

    In the current global context of environmental degradation and resource constraints, the pursuit of sustainable development has become an imperative. One avenue that holds promise for achieving this objective is the application of digital technologies, which have the potential to decouple economic growth from its carbon footprint. However, it is crucial to ensure that these technologies are designed and governed in a prudent manner, with a strong alignment to environmental priorities. This study focuses on exploring the potential roles of blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI) in supply chain coordination and impact mitigation. Furthermore, they have the capacity to incentivize recycling and circular business models, as well as facilitate carbon accounting and offsetting. To fully realize these benefits, it is essential to deploy these technologies within inclusive collaborative frameworks that take into consideration social and ecological considerations. The study also offers policy recommendations that highlight key leverage points for digital innovation, enabling countries to embark on smart and green industrial transformation pathways. By harnessing the potential of blockchain and AI in supply chains, governments can promote transparency, traceability, and accountability, thereby fostering sustainable practices and reducing environmental impacts. Incorporating blockchain and AI technologies into supply chain approaches leads to a substantial improvement in efficiency, as demonstrated by a numerical analysis. In conclusion, the integration of innovative digital technologies offers significant opportunities to optimize production systems and economic activity while prioritizing sustainability objectives for the betterment of society and the environment. These technologies have the potential to mitigate environmental externalities by addressing information imbalances within global supply chains. However, it is essential to prioritize inclusive governance that emphasizes democratic participation to mitigate any unintended negative consequences, especially for vulnerable communities. By ensuring inclusive decision-making processes, we can maximize the positive impact of these technologies while minimizing potential harm.

    In recent years, the unprecedented growth in environmental vulnerabilities has made the firms realize the need for environmental protection. With this, the rapid surge for ecological preservation has made worldwide businesses divert their focus toward greener practices that ensure the firm\'s financial and environmental performance. This study examines the relationships between green management strategies (green dynamic capabilities, internal green supply chain management and green technology adoption), and organizational outcomes, specifically environmental and financial performance. The data was collected from the 471 employees working in the manufacturing firms. Utilizing the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method via Smart-PLS, our findings show the importance of integrating green practices in supply chain management, dynamic capabilities, and technology adoption to enhance both environmental and financial outcomes under the moderating role of industry dynamism and green knowledge acquisition.

    To implement state policies of zero-markup drug policy and medical service fee adjustment for public hospitals, this study constructed game models of the pharmaceutical supply chain, consisting of a drug supplier and a public hospital. The study obtained the optimal medical service level and pricing under the new state drug policies. In addition, it analyzed the impacts of the degree of public benefit of hospitals on the medical service level, the medical service price, and the drug price. Finally, from the perspective of cooperation between drug suppliers and public hospitals, the specialized coordination contract was designed to maximize overall social welfare. This study found an anomalous but meaningful conclusion: in the background of the zero-markup drug policy, a higher public benefit of hospitals could increase the drug prices, but it could reduce the medical service prices further to cut down on the overall treatment fees for the patients. The novel coordination contract can optimize the pharmaceutical supply chain and achieve a win-win situation for the drug suppliers, public hospitals, and patients. When the public benefit of hospitals is higher, the profit of a decentralized decision-making supply chain is greater than a centralized one, while the pharmaceutical supply chain will not coordinate itself.

    One of the most pressing concerns today is how to improve green innovation and supply chain management for company sustainability. It has been discovered that inefficient supply chain management is a major barrier limiting eco-friendly innovation. The supply chain management process is crucial to a company\'s long-term viability, yet previous research barely scratched the surface of its significance. This article uses a resource-based view to investigate how integrating green innovation and organizational agility into the supply chain management process contributes to the long-term success of businesses. This study used a cross-sectional approach. Structured equation modeling was used to examine data collected through convenience sampling from 475 employees of Chinese multinational manufacturing enterprises. Green innovation helps smooth over the bumps on the road between supply chain management and sustainable business results. Green innovation and business sustainable performance also benefit from organizational agility, which was not shown to moderate this relationship. The study teaches that in today\'s knowledge-based economy, firms that invest in novel technologies and adopt greener strategies are better able to address sensitive issues like supply chain management and organizational agility and achieve long-term success. This research aims to provide light on the complex interconnections between supply chain management, green innovation, and the sustainable performance of businesses. The theoretical framework for the present research was validated by the occurrence of a positive association between these variables.

    Carbon emissions are a critical concern in the realm of energy consumption, with many nations committed to curbing them and striving for carbon neutrality. This research addresses a specific gap in the literature by focusing on carbon emission reduction in the industrial sector through the application of supply chain management (SCM) principles under a monopolistic competition context and by utilizing carbon neutral indicators. Specifically, we develop a mathematical model integrated into an agent-based simulation framework and employ experimental design methods to determine the most optimal decision-making processes for incorporating supply chain carbon neutral indicators. Our findings highlight the effectiveness of two specific carbon neutral indicators within SCM: green-credit policies and the promotion of green products. These measures contribute significantly toward reducing global carbon emissions. This paper offers insights for government decision-makers regarding ideal implementation levels and strategies for green credit policies and the promotion of green products within supply chain environments. It also provides guidance to manufacturers on how to achieve profit maximization while progressing towards carbon neutrality.
