    UNASSIGNED: We utilized bibliometric and data visualization techniques to discern the primary research domains and emerging frontiers in the field of adult hippocampal neurogenesis (AHN).
    UNASSIGNED: We systematically searched the Web of Science database for AHN-related articles published between 2004 and 2023. The retrieved articles were filtered based on publication types (articles and reviews) and language (English). We employed CiteSpace, VOSviewer, and the online bibliometric platform (bibliometric.com) to visualize and analyze the collected data.
    UNASSIGNED: In total, 1,590 AHN-related publications were discovered, exhibiting a steady increase in yearly publications over time. The United States emerged as the leading contributor in AHN research in terms of both publication quantity and national influence. Among all research institutions in the field of AHN, the University of California System exhibited the highest impact. Kempermann, Gerd was the most active author. The publications of the top three active authors primarily focused on the functions of AHN, and reversing hippocampal damage and cognitive impairment by improving AHN. An analysis of reference co-citation clustering revealed 8 distinct research clusters, and the notable ones included \"adult hippocampal neurogenesis,\" \"neurogenesis,\" \"hippocampus,\" \"dentate gyrus,\" \"neural stem cell,\" and \"depression.\" Additionally, a burst keyword detection indicated that \'anxiety\' is a current research hotspot in the field of AHN.
    UNASSIGNED: This in-depth bibliographic assessment of AHN offers a deeper insight into the present research hotspots in the field. The association between AHN and cognitive diseases, such as Alzheimer\'s disease (AD) and anxiety, has emerged as a prominent research hotspot.

    UNASSIGNED: Ferroptosis has been widely investigated as an emerging drug target, while its combination with nanoscience provides bourgeoning application prospects. The development of ferroptosis regulating nanomedicines have attracted worldwide attentions in recent years. It would be meaningful to describe the relevant publication paradigm.
    UNASSIGNED: Herein, a bibliometric analysis was performed using the database of Web of Science Core Collection to clarify the publication paradigm. The development of related publications in the last 6 years was described, and the revolutionary trends were figured out. Ultimately, the possible future exploration directions were proposed.
    UNASSIGNED: The bibliometric analysis of 327 documents of interest indicated that the main research focus was in multiple fields including Materials science, Science & technology, Chemistry, and Pharmacology & pharmacy. With widely cooperation and strong funding, the researchers from Chinese organizations contributed most of publications, followed with United States and Australia. Cocitation analysis revealed that several original papers reported the key molecular mechanisms of ferroptosis were considered as the foundation for subsequent studies, and some nanomedicines-related documents were taken as examples and discussed. Mining results showed that the mechanism evaluation of ferroptosis regulation therapy for cancer treatment was the hotspot. Then, several possible future explorations of ferroptosis-related nanoscience were presented and discussed.
    UNASSIGNED: The bibliometric profile of nanoscience-ferroptosis research was analyzed in detail. We believe that the bibliometric analysis could act as a robust method for explicating the publication paradigm as a certain field.

    UNASSIGNED: Breast cancer is a significant public health issue, exhibiting the most pronounced occurrence and fatality rates among malignant neoplasms globally. Targeted therapy is a medical intervention that focuses on specific molecular markers. This study aims to investigate and evaluate the current research trends and directions in the field of targeted therapy for breast cancer using bibliometric analysis.
    UNASSIGNED: The Web of Science database was utilized to retrieve relevant articles published between 2003 and 2022. The VOSviewer software and Bibliometrix package in the R language were employed to conduct co-occurrence and clustering analyses of authors, countries, institutions, journals, references, and the CiteSpace tool was utilized for keyword burst detection.
    UNASSIGNED: A total of 2,258 articles were included and the annual number of publications increased rapidly. The most prolific country on this topic was the USA (n=898, 39.77%) and the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center published most papers (n=93). Dennis J. Slamon and Gabriel N. Hortobagyi stood out in the field, with Dennis J. Slamon leading in terms of co-citations(n=653) and Gabriel N. Hortobagyi topping the list in terms of published articles(n=18). The most productive journal was Breast Cancer Research and Treatment and the most cited journal was Journal of Clinical Oncology. The clustering of keywords indicated that the primary focus of researches in the past two decades was on the development and clinical evaluation of tumor-targeted drugs associated with the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) family signaling pathway, and explored mechanisms related to biological behavior of breast cancer. Keywords co-occurrence and burst analysis identified current research hotspots and potential research trends.
    UNASSIGNED: This study employed bibliometric analysis to examine research on targeted therapy for breast cancer over a span of 20 years, and identified development trends of research and elucidated potential research trajectories in the domain of this topic. This study helps in the identification of prospective collaborators and partner institutions for researchers.

    UNASSIGNED: Several scholarly publications have thoroughly examined the significant role of autophagy in the pathogenesis, progression, and treatment of retinal diseases. This research utilized bibliometric analysis to identify the primary areas of focus and emerging trends within the discipline and offer a comprehensive summary.
    UNASSIGNED: The research articles and reviews regarding autophagy and retinal diseases from 2009-01-01 to 2022-12-31 were from the Web of Science Core Collection (WOSCC). The software VOSviewer and CiteSpace were applied to analyze and visualize maps of countries, organizations, authors, journals, keyword networks, and citations in the field of autophagy in retinal diseases.
    UNASSIGNED: 854 qualified records (721 articles and 133 reviews) were retrieved in this research. The annual publication output of literature shows a growing trend. China is the most productive country, and the author with the most publications is Kai Kaarniranta. Journal Autophagy published the most articles in this field. Keywords analysis can effectively reflect the research hot spots and indicate that diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma have drawn more attention recently. Researchers have shifted the research emphasis on \"AMPK\", \"angiogenesis\", \"mutation\", and \"inflammation\".
    UNASSIGNED: With the bibliometric analysis approach, we presented the number of publications, countries, regions, authors, institutions, keywords, and citations, which further helps researchers understand the hot spots and trends in the field of autophagy in retinal diseases and explore the issues in the rapidly developing area.

    OBJECTIVE: The objectives of this paper is to conduct a bibliometric analysis to examine the research status and development trend of anterior cruciate ligament injury and reconstruction in children and adolescents over the past 20 years.
    METHODS: Descriptive Research.
    METHODS: This study obtained information regarding studies on Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction in Children and Adolescents from the Web of Science Core Collection database. Visual and bibliometric analysis were conducted using VOSviewer, Origin 2022, Pajek64 5.18and Excel 2019. These analytic tools facilitated the analysis of various aspects, including countries/regions, institutions, authors, journals and keywords related to the research.
    RESULTS: From 2003 to 2023, a total of 1328 articles were retrieved in WOS, and 637 articles were selected by two authors. The most productive institutions are Childrens Hosp Philadelphia, Kocher, ms. Their articles have the highest number of publications and citations. The American journal of sports medicine is the most frequently cited journal for articles on anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in children and adolescents. The most common keywords used in these articles were \"anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction\", \"injury, children, adolescent\", and \"skeletally immature patients\".
    CONCLUSIONS: This study provides valuable insights into the research focus of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in children and adolescents. In recent years, there has been significant attention paid to areas of \"the return to sport, re-repture rate and functional recovery after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction\" in this specific population. These aspects have emerged as key directions for future research in this field.

    Trustworthiness is the most significant predictor of trust and has a significant impact on people\'s levels of trust. Most trustworthiness-related research is empirical, and while it has a long history, it is challenging for academics to get insights that are applicable to their fields of study and to successfully transfer fragmented results into practice. In order to grasp their dynamic development processes through the mapping of network knowledge graphs, this paper is based on the Web of Science database and uses CiteSpace (6.2.R4) software to compile and visualize the 1,463 publications on trustworthy studies over the past 10 years. This paper aims to provide valuable references to theoretical research and the practice of Trustworthiness. The findings demonstrate that: over the past 10 years, trustworthiness-related research has generally increased in volume; trustworthiness research is concentrated in industrialized Europe and America, with American research findings having a bigger global impact; The University of California System, Harvard University, and Yale University are among the high-production institutions; the leading figures are represented by Alexander Todorov, Marco Brambilla, Bastian Jaeger, and others; the core authors are distinguished university scholars; however, the level of cooperation of the core author needs to be improved. The primary journal for publishing research on trustworthiness is the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology and Biology Letters. In addition, the study focuses on three distinct domains, involving social perception, facial clues, and artificial intelligence.

    Hypertension is a highly prevalent chronic disease that leads to a significant number of deaths and disabilities as a consequence of cardiovascular complications. However, there is insufficient information regarding research trends and performance assessments from South Asian countries, including Pakistan. In this review, we analyzed research data related to hypertension from Pakistan over the last 20 years (2003-2022). We used the Web of Science (WoS) database to retrieve research data related to hypertension from Pakistan, and then applied scientometric analysis using the \"R-Bibliometrix\" package. An extensive range of indicators was studied to determine the quality and quantity of these hypertension-related publications. A total of 4,008 research articles from 891 sources were extracted through WoS over the last 20 years (2003-2022). There was a continuous growth in the number of research articles, with relatively more increase observed from 2012, and maximum output in 2021. Among 16,855 authors contributing from 67 countries, three authors had >50 publications and five had >1,500 citations. The country\'s leading affiliation was the Aga Khan University which showed networking trends with international institutes while the other national universities restricted their institutional partnerships to the provincial or city level. The Higher Education Commission was the only local sponsoring institute among the top funding sources. Pakistan Journal of Medical Sciences was the leading and most consistent source, whereas hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and obesity were the most frequently used keywords. This review provides a comprehensive account of hypertension-related research productivity from Pakistan. Some characteristic trends were detected for top authors\' contributions, impact, productivity, international collaborations, funding sources, and institutional affiliations. Particularly, the funding sources and collaboration patterns of corresponding authors along with their affiliated institutes showed striking results. These findings can be very helpful for the relevant stakeholders in the accurate interpretation of trends and performance of hypertension-related research work from the region.

    UNASSIGNED: To visualize and analyze the literature related to sciatic nerve injury treatment from January 2019 to December 2023, and summarize the current status, hotspots, and development trends of research in this field.
    UNASSIGNED: Using CiteSpace and VOSviewer software, we searched the Web of Science database for literature related to the treatment of sciatic nerve injury. Then we analyzed and plotted visualization maps to show the number of publications, countries, institutions, authors, keywords, references, and journals.
    UNASSIGNED: A total of 2,653 articles were included in the English database. The annual number of publications exceeded 230, and the citation frequency increased yearly. The United States and China were identified as high-influence nations in this field. Nantong University was the leading institution in terms of close cooperation among institutions. The authors Wang Yu had the highest number of publications and were highly influential in this field. Keyword analysis and reference Burst revealed a research focus on nerve regeneration and neuropathic pain, which involve regenerative medicine and neural tissue engineering. Chronic pain resulting from sciatic nerve injury often manifests alongside anxiety, depression, cognitive-behavioral disorders, and other issues. Interventions such as stem cells, electrical stimulation, electroacupuncture, total joint replacement, pharmacological interventions, gene therapy, nerve conduits, chitosan scaffolds, and exercise promote nerve repair and alleviate pain. Schwann cells have been the focus of much attention in nerve repair and regeneration. Improving the outcome of sciatic nerve injury is a current research challenge and focus in this field. Based on keyword Burst, nerve conduits and grafts may become a potential research hotspot in the treatment of sciatic nerve injury.

    The development of artificial intelligence (AI) has revolutionised the medical system, empowering healthcare professionals to analyse complex nonlinear big data and identify hidden patterns, facilitating well-informed decisions. Over the last decade, there has been a notable trend of research in AI, machine learning (ML), and their associated algorithms in health and medical systems. These approaches have transformed the healthcare system, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, personalised treatment, and decision-making. Recognising the importance and growing trend of research in the topic area, this paper presents a bibliometric analysis of AI in health and medical systems. The paper utilises the Web of Science (WoS) Core Collection database, considering documents published in the topic area for the last four decades. A total of 64,063 papers were identified from 1983 to 2022. The paper evaluates the bibliometric data from various perspectives, such as annual papers published, annual citations, highly cited papers, and most productive institutions, and countries. The paper visualises the relationship among various scientific actors by presenting bibliographic coupling and co-occurrences of the author\'s keywords. The analysis indicates that the field began its significant growth in the late 1970s and early 1980s, with significant growth since 2019. The most influential institutions are in the USA and China. The study also reveals that the scientific community\'s top keywords include \'ML\', \'Deep Learning\', and \'Artificial Intelligence\'.
