    The use of artificial intelligence in education (AIEd) has become increasingly significant globally. In China, there is a lack of research examining the behavioral intention toward AIEd among pre-service special education (SPED) teachers in terms of digital literacy and teacher self-efficacy. Building on the technology acceptance model, our study evaluated the aspects influencing pre-service special education teachers\' intention toward AI in education. Data was gathered from 274 pre-service SPED teachers studying at a Chinese public normal university of special education and analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that digital literacy is associated with the perceived usefulness and ease of use of AIEd, which influences SPED teachers\' intention to use AIEd. Additionally, digital literacy significantly impacts the self-efficacy of SPED teachers. Given these results, AI designers in special education should comprehend the effectiveness and usability of AIEd for fostering behavioral intention formation. Simultaneously, special educational programs that identify key content and activities for digital literacy training should be developed, and educators should attempt to execute the relevant pre-service training to enhance the intention of pre-service SPED teachers toward AIEd.

    OBJECTIVE: To describe the perceptions of telehealth services among lung cancer patients in rural areas of China, as well as to explore the potential of telemedicine to improve long-term health recovery at home for rural lung cancer patients.
    METHODS: A qualitative descriptive study design was used in this study and we conducted semi-structured interviews with 14 rural Chinese lung cancer patients between December 2022 and March 2023. Interview content was analyzed using Nvivo software and a framework analysis was performed using the Technology Acceptance Model to identify meaningful themes.
    RESULTS: Participants identified perceptual and technical factors related to perceived ease of use, benefits and drawbacks related to perceived usefulness, and facilitators and barriers related to intention to use. However, regional and disease features including literacy barriers, medical insurance condition, symptom burden, and rural cultural health seeking behavior conduct must be taken into account.
    CONCLUSIONS: Lung cancer patients in rural China believe that telehealth services could be an alternative solution for addressing health and care needs, but various aspects, such as user interface design, cost-effectiveness, and technological anxiety, need to be optimized.
    CONCLUSIONS: More highly specialized nursing team, friendly telecare lung function modules, and media technology training courses should be developed for rural lung cancer patients to enhance the quality of their home care, meet their information needs and better control their disease progression.

    The purpose of this study was to assess the significant factors that impact pregnant women\'s willingness to use smart fetal heart-rate monitoring devices. We propose a research model that integrates technological factors (perceived compatibility and perceived credibility) and personal factors (health anxiety, personal physiological conditions, health consciousness, and health beliefs). The subjects of this study were Chinese women who were pregnant or had previously given birth. Data were collected and analyzed from 397 paper-and-pencil and electronic questionnaires. Our structural equation model indicated that perceived usefulness (β = 0.490, t = 7.591, p < 0.001), perceived ease of use (β = 0.352, t = 5.631, p < 0.001), health anxiety (β = 0.095, t = 2.664, p = 0.008), personal physiological conditions (β = 0.075, t = 2.142, p = 0.032), and health consciousness (β = 0.078, t = 2.110, p = 0.035) were the determinants of the intention to use smart fetal heart-rate monitoring devices, with perceived usefulness having the highest degree of influence. Furthermore, we discovered that the levels of perceived compatibility and perceived credibility did not have direct correlations with the intention to use these devices, but they did significantly influence the model. Perceived compatibility (β = 0.345, t = 6.601, p < 0.001) and perceived credibility (β = 0.519, t = 9.958, p < 0.001) significantly influences perceived ease of use. Perceived credibility (β = 0.421, t = 7.802, p < 0.001) significantly influences perceived usefulness. Based on these results, suggestions for future research are put forward.

    This study investigates the acceptance of large language models (LLMs) among older adults using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The research, conducted through a cross-sectional survey, explores the influence of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on intension to use among older adults. The results show that the subjective norm, image, job relevance, output quality, result demonstrability, perceived ease of use have a significant positive and direct impact on perceived usefulness (β=0.138, 0.240, 0.213, 0.280, 0.181, 0.176, P<0.05). Perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a significant positive and direct impact on Intension to use (β=0.335, 0.307, P<0.05). The study\'s practical implications highlight the need for tailored chatbots, offering valuable insights for developers and policymakers aiming to enhance the integration of innovative technologies among older populations.

    Agricultural green production technology (AGPT) is essential for the sustainable development of agriculture, yet adoption rates among farmers are often low due to limited access to education and information. Based on the extended technology acceptance model, this study takes Liaoning, a major agricultural province in China, as a representative region to explore how digital multimedia influences the adoption of AGPT by farmers. The findings show that the perceived ease of use of these technologies significantly enhances farmers\' intentions to adopt, while perceived risks detract from these intentions. Although digital multimedia effectively promotes AGPT by improving its perceived ease of use and usefulness, its role in mitigating perceived risks is minimal. Based on these results, we recommend that the government improve the quality of information on digital platforms by involving experts in the field and offer specific digital marketing training to potential users to increase the adoption of sustainable agricultural technologies.

    The current energy crisis is worsening worldwide, and in China, urban expansion and per capita vehicle ownership have created a growing energy imbalance and increased pressure to reduce carbon emissions.The popularization of new energy vehicles (NEVs) can provide a step forward to solving energy shortage problems, environmental pollution, and global warming. In 2022, the average penetration rate, which is ratio of new energy vehicle sales to vehicle sales, is just 19.1 %. This paper analysed the reasons for the differences in the penetration rates of new energy vehicles in China\'s 269 prefecture-level cities, using a Geo Detector approach, and the results showed that the level of economic development, the average annual temperature difference, the density of charging piles, the charging price and the number of population all had significant effects(q>0.12) on the penetration rate. Based on the above studies, a questionnaire was used to investigate the public\'s acceptance of new energy vehicles in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and a PLS-SEM regression analysis was conducted. The results showed that men, young people and people with a certain level of basic education were 5 % more likely to accept new energy vehicles.Unlike previous studies, perceived cost had no significant correlation with the acceptance of new energy vehicles. Perceived risk had a significant negative correlation with the acceptance of new energy vehicles,the path coefficient is -0.1.The acceptance of new energy vehicles was significantly and positively correlated with vehicle quality and service, the public\'s understanding of new energy vehicles, and subjective norms, their average path coefficients are above 0.1. We argues that the government should maintain a certain level of promotion of new energy vehicles and accelerate the construction of charging piles, based on the aforementioned results.

    To explore the factors affecting the use of artificial intelligence generated content (AIGC) by subject librarians through understanding their perceptions of AIGC. Interpretive phenomenological analysis (IPA) and technology acceptance model (TAM) were used in semi-structured interviews to explore the external variables of perceived ease of use and perceived usability of AIGC application in subject librarians. The perceptions of subject librarians towards AIGC included performance, risk perceptions, ability enhancement, and affective attitude. Attentions were paid to AIGC\'s performances in providing customized services, optimizing collection resources and improving cost efficiency. The risk perception involved technical stability, data security, user acceptance and occupational risk, the ability enhancement involved the improvement of personal literacy, innovative ability, and self-confidence through the use of AIGC technology, and the affective attitudes included not only excitement and anticipation for the technical potential of AIGC, but also concerns and skepticism about it, and critical attitudes toward its application in academic settings and the ethical issues it may raise. TAM analysis on the factors affecting the use of AIGC by subject librarians indicates that the external influencing factors of perceived ease of use include personal literacy, innovative ability, self-confidence enhancement and affective attitude; the external influencing factors of perceived usability include precise service, collection resource optimization, cost-effectiveness, technological risk, user acceptance and occupational risk. These factors constitute a theoretical framework for understanding and promoting the acceptance and effective use of AIGC by subject librarians. TAM analysis combined with IPA exploration on the external variables of perceived ease of use and perceived usability of AIGC application can identify the key factors affecting subject librarians\' perceptions of AIGC, propose strategies for optimizing librarians\' roles, enhancing information recognition ability and privacy protection, thus providing guidance for effective use of AIGC in library.

    UNASSIGNED: Voice assistants (VAs) have the potential to uphold and enhance the quality of life for older adults. However, the extent to which older adults accept and benefit from VAs may be relatively modest.
    UNASSIGNED: This study developed a comprehensive model combined with product and personal characteristics to explain the acceptance of VAs among older adults, using semi-structured interviews (Study 1) and questionnaires (Study 2).
    UNASSIGNED: Results revealed that in terms of product characteristics, perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment significantly affect behavior intention. Regarding personal characteristics of older adults, technological self-efficacy and dispositional resistance to change significantly affect behavior intention. However, no direct impact of perceived ease of use and perceived trust on behavior intention. Additionally, perceived enjoyment influenced both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness.
    UNASSIGNED: Results suggested the significant role of technology self-efficacy and dispositional resistance to change in predicting the acceptance of VAs among older adults. Our newly developed model offers valuable insights for tailoring VAs to this demographic during design and implementation.

    UNASSIGNED: Due to the limitations of traditional didactic teaching, inquiry-based teaching has attracted increasing attention and has become an important content of curriculum teaching reform in college education. Nevertheless, it is vital to investigate students\' subjective acceptance of inquiry-based instruction and its influencing factors before inquiry-based teaching methods are widely implemented.
    UNASSIGNED: In light of this, taking into account the psychological factors of students, an acceptance model of inquiry-based teaching pedagogy was established based on the extended technology acceptance model (TAM). Three additional variables, namely self-efficacy, implementation quality, and risk perception, were incorporated into the TAM. Firstly, subjective evaluation data of the influencing factors of inquiry teaching acceptance were obtained through a network questionnaire survey from university students in Guangdong, China, using snowball sampling and convenient sampling. A total of 485 valid questionnaires were retrieved, with an effective response rate of 88.2%. Then, internal consistency and reliability, convergent validity and discriminant validity of the model and its hypothesis were tested with reliability and validity tests. Finally, path analysis was used to examine key determinants of students\' acceptance of inquiry teaching and moderators.
    UNASSIGNED: Results indicated that the constructed model can explain the acceptability of inquiry teaching for college students by 88.6%; Attitude has a positive significant impact on behavioral intention; Perceived ease of use indirectly affects behavioral intention through perceived usefulness, while perceived usefulness indirectly affects behavioral intention through attitude; self-efficacy not only directly affects behavioral intention but also indirectly affects behavioral intention through implementation quality; implementation quality indirectly affects behavioral intention through perceived usefulness and attitude; students\' risk perception of inquiry-based teaching has no negative impact on behavioral intention.
    UNASSIGNED: Overall, this study has implications for policymakers, teachers or learners in terms of the implementation and promotion of inquiry-based teaching in college classroom.

    This paper examined Chinese undergraduate students\' perceptions of using videoconferencing in learning English as a foreign language (EFL) during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data were collected among 348 Chinese university students who attended sixteen-week learning of Integrated English Course through Tencent Meeting, the most widely used videoconferencing application in China. We adopted voluntary response sampling method in this cross-sectional study. Students completed an online survey on \"Wenjuanxing\", China\'s biggest online questionnaire distribution platform. A structural equation model (SEM) was constructed and analyses revealed that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness were significant predictors of students\' satisfaction and participation intention. Students\' computer self-efficacy had a positive effect on their perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and participation intention while their frequency of using videoconferencing did not influence these variables. This study contributes to the existing literature on the acceptance of videoconferencing in the context of EFL learning and offers insights for developing up-to-date videoconferencing teaching strategies.
