    The present work is aimed at studying the effects of the magnetorheological finishing process, using a low-frequency alternating magnetic field, on the finishing performance of 6063 aluminum alloy. The study investigates the influence of key excitation parameters such as current, frequency, excitation gap, and iron powder diameter on the material removal and surface roughness (Ra) of the finished workpiece by experiments. This study employs a single-factor experimental method, and the finish surface is analyzed by a Zigo non-contact white light interferometer. The magnetic field strength in the processing area increases with the increase in the excitation current and decreases with the increase in the excitation gap. When the current frequency is set to 1 Hz, the circulation and renewal of abrasives in the magnetic cluster is most sufficient, resulting in the optimal surface roughness value for the workpiece. According to the experimental results of the excitation parameters, more suitable process parameters were selected for a two-stage finishing experiment. The surface roughness of 6063 aluminum alloy was improved from 285 nm to 3.54 nm. Experimental results highlighted that the magnetorheological finishing using a low-frequency alternating magnetic field is a potential technique for obtaining nano-scale finishing of the 6063 aluminum alloy.

    In this article we present the review of the literature and our own research regarding gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) with cardiac manifestations. The methods of treatment of patients with GERD using mineral waters, physio- and balneotherapeutic factors, as well as acupuncture are discussed. The conclusion is drawn about the effectiveness of the use of non-pharmacological methods in mono- and complex therapy of GERD and the need for further research in this direction.
    В статье представлен обзор литературы и собственных исследований, касающийся гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезни (ГЭРБ) с кардиальными проявлениями, освещены методики лечения больных ГЭРБ с использованием минеральных вод, физио- и бальнеотерапевтических факторов, а также акупунктуры, сделан вывод об эффективности применения немедикаментозных методик в моно- и комплексной терапии ГЭРБ и необходимости дальнейших исследований в этом направлении.

    THE AIM OF THE RESEARCH: increase of efficiency of urolith in vitro solution using water Blemaren medication solutions after their exposure to 2 Hz alternating magnetic field.
    METHODS: water solution of Blemaren medication with pH=6,15 in concentrations corresponding to single portion of medication (1 tablet m=3,5282 g per 250 ml of water) and uroliths (oxalates, urates including uncommon xanthine calculi). Composition of calculi was determined by means of X-ray tests and IR spectroscopy. Photometry of Blemaren with saluted portion of calculi was conducted.
    RESULTS: it was established that in the Blemaren solutions which had been previously exposed to 2 Hz alternating magnetic filed during one hour the solution process is 1.92 - 2 times more effective than in common water solutions. Discussion - in control solutions pH values increased 5.65 - 6.8 times in the course of time, whereas in the Blemaren solutions exposed to alternating magnetic field pH values remained virtually unaltered during the whole experiment.
    CONCLUSIONS: there were detected significant differences in pH values of Blemaren solutions and its solvent properties between solutions which were exposed to alternating magnetic filed and those which were not.
