暂无{Abstract}: A rare case of a 45 yr old woman with non-secretory light chain disease has been presented. The disease course was aggressive and survival time from diagnosis was 24 months. The new classification of literature of non-secretory multiple myeloma and a discussion of pathogenesis of non-secretory monoclonal Ig is delivered.
