Brucellosis is a zoonotic disease contracted through exposure to infected animals or consumption of unpasteurized dairy products. The complications of both pathologies may be fatal. This report presents a rare instance of HLH induced by Brucellosis, highlighting the need for increased recognition of this life-threatening association.
