We introduce an innovative approach that utilizes a structural tibial cut autograft to address anterior distal tibia bone defects during TAA. This technique is a viable alternative to employing revision TAA systems or resorting to excessively high tibial cuts. Furthermore, it facilitates achieving favorable sagittal alignment and ensures adequate fixation strength of the tibial component.
