{Abstract}: Rift Valley fever (RVF) virus is widespread worldwide and poses a severe threat to human life and property. RVF viral polymerase plays a vital role in the replication and transcription of the virus. Here, we describe how to express and purify this polymerase and perform tests for its in vitro activity assays.
