{Abstract}: <B>CONCLUSIONS: </B>Inhalational exposure (IE) history assessment is important and may guide chronic rhinosinusitis disease management. Combined exposure status was the most significant factor across differential gene expression analyse IE history was associated with pro-inflammatory transcriptome changes and worse clinical outcomes.
