Of 1008 HIV-positive individuals, 70 (6.9 %) tested positive for HBsAg, 570 (56.5 %) tested positive for anti-HBs, and 483 (47.9 %) tested positive for anti-HBc. Of 70 HBV-positive individuals, 13 (18.5 %) tested positive for HBeAg, 31 (44.3 %) tested positive for anti-HBe, 3 (4.2 %) exhibited acute infection.
