{Abstract}: Dercum's disease (DD) is a rare and poorly understood disease characterized by obesity and painful lipomas throughout the body. Although the entity is well described in the literature, its etiology, prevalence, and treatment remain unclear. Currently, treatment is focused on pain management. We describe a case of a patient with DD who showed improvement with infliximab and methotrexate.
