{Abstract}: <B>CONCLUSIONS: </B>Intralesional cidofovir injections in combination with surgery is an effective treatment for recurrent multifocal sinonasal exophytic papilloma. No malignant transformation has been observed in our experience. Anosmia is a potential side effect that patients should be aware of.
