{Abstract}: Aortic root pseudoaneurysm is a devastating complication post aortic valve replacement with a high mortality rate. And dissecting aneurysm into the interventricular septum is a rare variant of aortic root pseudoaneurysm, which is scarcely reported. Multimodal imaging is of great value in its diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
