Due to the lack of symptoms and unknown etiology, mucosal malignant melanoma may go undiagnosed. The surgeon can find it challenging to come up with a definitive treatment strategy because of its rarity and rapid spread. In this case study, a 57-year-old female patient with hyperpigmented gingiva and palate diagnosed pathologically and immunohistochemically as malignant melanoma underwent surgical excision and a modified radical neck dissection.
