暂无{Abstract}: A 38-year-old woman with urosepsis and persistent unilateral hydronephrosis after antibiotic treatment. Antegrade pyelogram shows urine flow obstruction to the bladder. The whole ureter shows multiple small smooth-walled round lucent filling defects projecting into the lumen. The diagnosis ureteritis cystica was made.
