Initially, he presented with unilateral recurrent epistaxis. Imaging and histopathology confirmed the diagnosis. The patient's non-compliance with clinic appointments led to significant disease progression, culminating in his unfortunate demise. This case underscores the importance of early detection and continuous monitoring in SNSCC, given its nonspecific early symptoms and poor prognosis. It emphasizes the necessity for heightened suspicion in patients with recurrent or unresolved sinonasal complaints, as timely intervention is crucial for better outcomes.
