These factors pose challenges to effective immune labeling-based staining. Here, we present a protocol for whole-mount immunofluorescence staining of gel-embedded pancreatic organoids. We describe steps for sample fixation, blocking, and antibody incubation. We detail procedures for washing antibodies and mounting.
