{Abstract}: Role of 3-D models in the identification of the site and extent of bone defects in the skull base for the treatment of CSF rhinorrhea is analyzed. Such models were used successfully in the management of two patients who failed previous attempts at basal reconstruction. The principal advantage of the models was in exact delineation of the size and site of bone defect and deciphering of its relationship with adjoining critical regions of the brain.
