{Abstract}: The decentralization laws of 1982, known as the Defferre law, created the local civil service, giving local authorities powers in areas such as social action and healthcare. The department of Seine-Saint-Denis is a mixed territory with worrying health and social characteristics. To meet these challenges, the Seine-Saint-Denis departmental council has adopted a strong prevention policy. As part of multi-disciplinary teams, state-qualified nurses play a central role in implementing these various preventive missions.
