We present the case of a 65-year-old male with a history of type 2 diabetes who had been on an SGLT2i for over 12 months and was found to have euglycemic diabetic ketoacidosis (eDKA) occurring concurrently with a thyroid storm. This case report illustrates a unique scenario of two endocrine emergencies occurring simultaneously.
