Trichotillomania (TTM) is an impulse control disorder, where severe form may cause ulcer and scarring. After extensive research, we could not find any case showing the association of TTM with large-sized factitious ulcer. Hence, we report a rare case of 30 year old female presenting with TTM and large sized factitious ulcer.
