{Abstract}: A 19-year-old female, Mrs. XYZ, resident of Mumbai came with complaints of fever and cough with whitish expectorate of 12 days duration. The patient had a bright red erythematous patches on bilateral cheeks and chin (Fig. 1). Hyperpigmented patches seen over the body at multiple sites since birth.
