Pharmacists may receive inquiries about active clinical trials or may be contributing to the care of patients participating in these studies. This briefing discusses the on-going clinical trials that explore novel CAR T-cell immunotherapies in pediatric refractory malignancies of hematologic and solid organ origins. It can be valuable in assisting practitioners in navigating the rapidly evolving field of CAR T-cell immunotherapies.
