The patient presented with a two-month history of rash and itching on her lower extremities, unresponsive to topical treatment. A dermoscopic evaluation and a skin biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of TMEP. The patient demonstrated significant improvement with antihistamine and topical steroid treatment.
