暂无{Abstract}: A clinical case of a penile fracture as a result of an unsuccessful sexual intercourse, which later required surgical treatment in the form of corporoplasty with opening and draining of the hematoma, is discussed in the article. Penile fracture is a rare urological emergency that requires immediate medical attention to avoid long-term complications, including penile curvature and erectile dysfunction.
