The disease can affect both adults and children. Tuberculosis involving the flat bones of the skull is infrequently reported. Besides, reports of parietal bone tuberculosis in children are rare and a diagnostic challenge. Often, these cases report late, and this could compromise the treatment outcomes. Herein, a case of post-traumatic tuberculosis of the left parietal bone is presented in a child. The diagnosis was achieved by radiometric investigations and the isolation of Mycobacterium tuberculosis from the pus. He was initiated on antituberculous chemotherapy.
