He had pancytopenia and hemophagocytic syndrome (HPS) on evaluation. The histopathological examination of skin punch biopsy from the face and chest wall showed SPTCL. Given the associated HPS, he was started on steroid and multidrug chemotherapy following which he had symptomatic improvement.
