One week after taking the medicine, she experienced multiple joint pain in her upper extremities. Finally, she was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis(RA). Joint pains are frequently recognized as adverse events associated with the administration of an AI; however, the presentation of RA is rare. It has been shown that AI reinforces the activity of osteoclasts. On the other hand, the association between AI and the pathogenesis of RA remains unclear.
