The mediastino-hilar sphere is a preferred site for the disease. It can sometimes reveal a confusing pseudotumoral presentation, constituting a diagnostic trap to be considered. We report the case of a 56-year-old woman whose lesional process rapidly resolved after 2 months of corticosteroid therapy.
