{Abstract}: One previously undescribed prenylated flavonoid (1) and three known ones (2-4) were isolated from leaves of Epimedium brevicornu maxim. Their structures were determined through extensive spectroscopic analysis and comparison with the NMR data in the literature. Compound 1 showed a moderate cytotoxicity with an IC50 value of 18.7 μM, while known compounds 2 and 3 elicited weak cytotoxicities with IC50 values of 29.2 and 32.8 μM against Lewis Lung cancer cells (LLC cells), respectively.
