{Abstract}: Burkitt lymphoma (BL) is an aggressive, high-grade B-cell lymphoma common in children and young adults. Despite being frequently discovered in extranodal sites, BL rarely occurs in the pancreas. We present a case of a patient with BL presenting as obstructive jaundice.
