{Abstract}: Hemangiopericytomas (HPCs) are rare vascular tumors, and head and neck hemangiopericytoma (HNHPC) accounts for 11% to 16% of all HPCs, possibly occurring at any age. However, according to a recent study, HNHPC was most frequently observed in middle-aged adults and had a slight predominance of female patients. In the present case, we report the successful treatment of HNHPC.
