In this paper, we describe a case of a 20-year-old male patient with osteosarcoma of the distal right femur that eventually metastasized to his thoracic cavity. The patient underwent radiation beam therapy treatment that was directed at his left thorax and nine months later presented with clinical and radiographic findings of delayed radiation myelopathy (RM).
