Management involves obliteration of both the fistulous connection as well as the draining venous network with preservation of normal vasculature. We describe and multiple neonatal dAVFs inducing cardiomyopathy via high-flow grade III shunting in the anterior circulation successfully treated via transvenous and transarterial embolization.
