{Abstract}: We report a case of a severely symptomatic rectal ulcer, a CTCAE (Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events) grade 3 complication, after intensity modulated radiotherapy for prostate cancer using the SpaceOAR® hydrogel spacer.
