In both scenarios, cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) imaging provided comprehensive tissue characterization with both conventional parametric mapping techniques and CMR fingerprinting. These cases demonstrate the diagnostic utility for CMR to elucidate the underlying etiology and appropriate therapeutic strategy. (Level of Difficulty: Advanced.).
