{Abstract}: Currently, the diagnosis, treatment and management of herpes zoster-associated pain are not well understood in China. The expert consensus on the whole-process management of herpes zoster-associated pain was focused on the standardization of diagnosis and treatment of herpes zoster-associated pain, such as the time definition of clinical stages, the relevant details of analgesic drugs and minimally invasive interventional therapy, and the value of vaccines in pain management. This article gives a detailed interpretation of the associated content in the consensus.<BR>目前，国内对于带状疱疹相关性疼痛的诊疗和管理存在一定的认识不足。《带状疱疹相关性疼痛全程管理专家共识》聚焦于带状疱疹相关性疼痛的临床规范化诊疗和全程管理，尤其是临床分期的时间界定、镇痛药物和微创介入治疗的相关细节以及疫苗在疼痛管理中的价值。本文对共识中的相关内容进行了解读。.
