Cardiac computed tomography demonstrated calcific stenosis of the pulmonary venous baffle (PVB) outflow and right heart catheterization demonstrated elevated superior vena cava, pulmonary artery, and pulmonary capillary wedge pressures. A course of treatment is described demonstrating the challenges and potential complications of hybrid PVB stenting in a patient with challenging anatomy.
