Herein, we present a patient who developed a cutaneous eruption with associated neurologic manifestations secondary to localized HPE. This is a potentially underdiagnosed, life-threatening complication and physicians should consider HPE when evaluating skin eruptions in patients who have undergone endovascular procedures.
