{Abstract}: Ejaculation and orgasm are complex phenomena within the male sexual response cycle. Disordered ejaculation commonly presents as premature or delayed ejaculation, although issues with painful ejaculation, retrograde ejaculation, or postorgasmic illness syndrome are also seen. This article will review the pathophysiology of these conditions as well as the current pharmacologic treatments available.
