{Abstract}: Pulmonary arteriovenous malformations (PAVMs) may manifest with bleeding or embolic events necessitating intervention. Transcatheter coil embolization through the pulmonary artery (PA) is an established approach. We present a case of recurrent PAVMs despite numerous PA coil embolizations.
