{Abstract}: We report a case of chyluria caused by Mycobacterium fortuitum infection in a sixty-four year old male, who was successfully treated with two weeks of amikacin, trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole and levofloxacin followed by twenty four weeks of levofloxacin and doxycycline.
