{Abstract}: Cardiac amyloidosis is a progressive disorder and is sometimes difficult to diagnose even when suspected in the appropriate clinical setting. We present an interesting case of rapidly progressive light-chain cardiac amyloidosis and highlights the importance of close monitoring even when the initial biopsy and imaging findings are not pathognomonic for amyloidosis.
