We here report the case of a 10-year-old girl admitted with a swelling on the vulva in whom histological examination showed cutaneous schistosomiasis due to Schistosoma haematobium. Outcome was favorable with a single 40 mg/kg mg dose of praziquantel, with tumor regression.
