The resistance rate was 34.1% for amoxicillin, 92.7% for clarithromycin, 65.9% for metronidazole, 85.4% for levofloxacin, and 29.3% for rifabutin. Dual resistance to both clarithromycin and levofloxacin was found in 73.2%. The antimicrobial resistance rate of refractory H. pylori was extremely high, which had become a major consideration in therapeutic challenge.
