In addition, PDS also has relatively high rates of local recurrence and metastasis and is usually encountered in elderly men, especially in the head and neck area. In this article, we report a rare case of PDS that infiltrated the fascial tissues in the forearm of a female patient. After wide local excision, the defect was covered with an anterolateral thigh free flap and adjuvant radiotherapy was instituted.
