{Abstract}: In recent years, as the era of deepening healthcare reform in China progresses, there is a gradual development of ambulatory care pharmacy practice. This commentary reviews the current state of ambulatory care pharmacy practice in China and discusses future efforts to advance the practice. Areas of focus include practice standardization, transitions of care, and reimbursements of ambulatory care pharmacy practice.
