We present a patient who was finally diagnosed with fallopian tube serous adenocarcinoma with subacute cerebellar degeneration. We analyzed the patients' clinical, pathological, and imaging data. We conclude that the possibility of paraneoplastic neurological syndrome should be considered when conventional treatment is ineffective for a fallopian tube tumor and other neurological diseases are excluded.
